That's a fair question.

And the honest answer is pretty raw.

Because I've lived it.

I've felt what it's like to grow an agency and have it slowly take over your life.

Every waking minute interrupted by client problems.

Days off that aren't really days off.

Checking your phone first thing in the morning with that underlying stress, dreading what you'll find.

Cash flow tight.

Clients churning out the back door.

No real certainty on where the next one is coming from.

A team you can't fully rely on.

Everything bottlenecked through you.

Every decision, every problem… lands on your plate.

And over time, you start to hate the thing you built.

That was my reality.

Since then, I've gone on to do 8 figures in lifetime agency revenue.

One of my agencies did $6M last year.

We've managed over $200M in client ad spend.

Landed over 1,000+ clients.

But I didn't get there clean.

I made pretty much every mistake you can make.

At one point, I didn't own a company.

I owned stress with a payroll attached to it.

That's when something shifted.

I stopped trying to grow my agency at all costs…

And made the decision to actually build a company.

I became the owner, not the operator.

I rebuilt the team properly.

Put real structure in place.

Hired leadership.

Scaled like an owner.

And yeah, I got it wrong a few more times before I got it right.

But eventually, it clicked.

Now I can do more for the business with my pinky than I used to working 12-hour days.

It runs.

It's stable.

It spits off healthy cash flow.

It feels like a real business.

And the truth is…

I love my agency now.

Most agency owners don't.

So the reason I do this is simple.

I know what scaling hell feels like.

And I know how to get out of it.

Now I know exactly how to scale an agency without it taking over your life.

And my goal is to pull as many agency owners out of that phase as possible…

And into something better.
